Trench Receipt / Privacy
Privacy

Trench Receipt reads public blockchain data. There are no accounts, no wallet connection and nothing to sign. Here is everything we collect and keep.
What you send us
- The wallet address you paste, the time range you pick, and your time zone offset (used to show trading hours in your local time).
- For battles, the two wallet addresses.
Who else receives it
- To read the wallet's public history we send the address to Helius (Solana) or Blockscout (Robinhood Chain, Base, Ethereum). Linked-wallet and dev checks send those other public addresses too.
- To price coins we send coin addresses (not your wallet) to DexScreener, and ask Jupiter for SOL's price.
- The site is hosted on Netlify, which processes requests and keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) under its own policy. Netlify's built-in monitoring script also measures page-load performance in your browser and reports it to Netlify; the page address it reports can include a wallet address you checked.
- Referral links (Axiom, GMGN, pump.fun) take you to those sites, which may record that you came from us.
What we store, and for how long
- Scans in progress are stored while a busy wallet is being read, and deleted when the scan finishes. Finished receipts are kept for about 10 minutes so reloading doesn't re-read everything.
- Public leaderboard: when a complete 30-day receipt is printed for a wallet with at least 3 coins traded or 1 launch, that wallet is added automatically, with its address, grade, trader type, P&L, dead coins and launches. Each list keeps the latest 60 entries; an entry is replaced when the wallet is checked again. We also keep a marker that the wallet was counted in the site totals.
- Progress snapshots: a short summary of each check (grade, P&L, win rate, dead coins), per wallet and time range, so a later check can show what changed. Up to 30 snapshots, for up to 180 days.
- Weekly report samples: a short summary of complete 30-day receipts (including the wallet address), used to write the weekly trench report on our X account. Kept for 30 days.
- Usage counts: daily totals such as scans started, scans finished, images saved and share-button clicks. These contain no wallet addresses, no IP addresses and no cookies. A share-button click is counted as a click, not as a published post.
On your device
If you press "This is my wallet", the site remembers that in your browser's local storage, on your device only. Share links contain the receipt's numbers, signed so they can't be faked.
What we don't do
We don't sell data, run ad trackers or third-party analytics services, or ask for anything beyond a public wallet address. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google.
Removal and questions
To ask for a wallet to be removed from the leaderboard, or with any privacy question, see Contact. Wallet activity itself is public on the blockchain and can't be removed by us.
